By registering on the ONE Communication Platform, BSH Global Supply Chain offers a fast, simple, and secure exchange of information. We are also constantly expanding the services available on the platform.

From now on, each contact person may request a personal login to our supplier portal – the ONE Communication Platform.

This is what you have to do
Register today in five easy steps.

Step 01: Identify users

Decide within your company which contact person should use the ONE Communication Platform (OCP) of BSH Home Appliances in the future. Each user registers personally.

Step 02: Individual registration of each user

Use a registration form for each user. In the field “Category”, the user selects “ONE Communication Platform for suppliers”. The user sets a personal password during registration and agrees to the altered Terms of Use.*

* If the user does not agree with the changes, the user can submit an objection in writing within four weeks.

Step 03: Login data

After the submitting your registration, please wait for the e-mail with your personal login data (username and temporary password) for the ONE Communication Platform (OCP). As your registration requires BSH internal approvals, it may take a couple of days, so we kindly ask for your patience.

Step 04: Login

Please login to ONE Communication Platform (OCP) with your username and temporary password:

You will be requested to change the password

Step 05: Registration successfully completed

Welcome aboard!

You may now use the first Apps on our ONE Communication Platform. Please be aware that the applications you see are related to your personal user account and will be individually assigned by your BSH contacts, e.g. in Purchasing or Supply Chain, depending on the business needs and required services.
